I don't understand how so many young people can die each year. If there is a god up there, and I'm banking on that possiblity, how can he be so cruel as to continue taking 18,19,20 year olds? There are plenty of old people in the world that have already had a chance at getting married, having kids, pursuing a career, discovering 70 years of life rather then a measely 20. I just don't understand.

Don't blame God, my dear. God does not take life, but finds ways to preserve it. God didn't start the war in Iraq, Pres. Bush did. There truly is a God who cares and hurts and grieves, but Adam and Eve brought evil into our nature, not God. God sometimes allows things to happen to us to get our attention, or sometimes to draw us to Himself through grief, loss, bad times. How many people do you know that go to God on a regular, consistent basis just because they believe He IS there? I do. If you don't you should. God is a powerful God whose ways are past finding out; you can't always understand the "why" but we are to trust Him even more in those "why" situations. He knows what He's doing. [HEART] I admire your honesty.

god doesnt take lives...he allows us free will...unfortunately choices people make lead to bad consequences...he can comfort us in our grief..and in due time, he will turn things upside down[HEART]
